The jacket is one size, US women’s small to large. If your roster runs outside that range, send the sizes and we will tell you plainly what fits. How do you set 20 jackets to the same color?
Each jacket comes with its own wireless remote. Treat the remotes as part of the costume:
- Label every remote and power bank with the dancer’s name, so nothing gets swapped in the dressing room.
- Charge every power bank the night before. One charge gives 4+ hours of continuous light; switch the jackets off between sets to save it.
- Pick one solid color for unison numbers and set every jacket before the team leaves the dressing room. Save color-changing modes for the finale or the walk-off.
- Match the brightness on every jacket so no dancer reads brighter than the rest.
- Do a lights-off check in the tunnel or the wings: line up, power on and look down the line before the cue.
Pair the jacket with the dress or a bandana
Our LED fringe sequin dress was designed as the matching piece to the jacket: a sequin bodysuit with one layer of LED fringe from the hips, in sizes XS to 4X. Put the dress on the whole line and the jacket on top for the entrance, then drop the jackets at the bench and dance the routine in the dress. Both change color by remote, so the two pieces can match or contrast.
For a bigger roster on a tighter budget, give the jacket to captains or the front line and put a light-up bandana on everyone else. A pro dance team performs far more than one routine a night.
