— DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
All shipping speeds are calculated during checkout and are dependent country & zip code including Expedited Shipping options. If you would like to recieve something sooner you can email our customer support team at info@neoncowboys.com for further assistance.
— HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Pre-orders have an estimated ship month listed directly in the product page.
For example:
If a product states “Estimated Ship Month: April,” this means the item will ship from our Florida warehouse in April. Shipping time begins after the item leaves our warehouse.
International pre-orders require an additional 2–3 weeks transit time after shipment, plus any customs processing time.
If you have placed a “Pre-Order” or “Made-to-Order” item, please note that we will hold your entire shipment until all items are ready to dispatch.
Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pre-orders are non-refundable once production begins.
If ordering for a specific event date, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.
