GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

— HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida, USA. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination, zip/postal code, weight, and dimensions — we never inflate shipping.

Processing: 1–2 business days before your order ships.

Domestic (USA): about 3–5 business days after it ships (roughly 4–6 business days total). Free on orders over $99.

International: about 2–3 weeks after it ships, depending on customs. A flat $25 covers shipping; your country’s customs/VAT are paid on delivery (each product page has an International tab with country estimates).

— ORDERING FOR AN EVENT? 🎉

We want your glow to arrive in time. A safe cushion:

In-stock pieces: order at least 1–2 weeks before your event.
Made-to-order pieces: order at least 8 weeks ahead.
Pre-orders: ship on the month shown on the product page.

— DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED / RUSH SHIPPING?

On the site we ship Standard (fast and fully tracked). But if you have a hard deadline — especially on a made-to-order piece — reach out and we’ll see what’s possible. Made-to-order pieces can sometimes be sped up for your event — reach out and we’ll see what’s possible. A 20% rush fee may apply, depending on the item, your delivery date & material availability. Email info@neoncowboys.com or DM @neoncowboys with your event date and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.

— MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Some pieces are made to order — crafted for you, not pulled from a shelf. They take about 6–8 weeks to make and ship, so order ahead. You’ll see “Made to Order” and the estimated window right on the product page. Need it sooner? Made-to-order pieces can sometimes be sped up — DM @neoncowboys or email info@neoncowboys.com with your date and we’ll see what’s possible (a 20% rush fee may apply, depending on the item, date & materials). Made-to-order items are non-refundable once production begins.

— HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Pre-orders show an estimated ship month on the product page (e.g. “Estimated Ship Month: April” means it ships from our Florida warehouse in April; shipping time begins after it leaves the warehouse). International pre-orders add 2–3 weeks transit plus customs.

If you order a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order item alongside in-stock pieces, we hold the whole order until everything is ready — so place a separate order if you need the in-stock items sooner. Estimated windows are not guaranteed delivery dates, and pre-orders are non-refundable once production begins.

— HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Automatically at checkout, based on live courier rates, destination, weight, and dimensions. We don’t inflate shipping — rates reflect real courier pricing.

— CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (ESTIMATES BY COUNTRY)

Import VAT and duty are set by your own country and collected on delivery — not by us. We can't prepay them. Rough estimates so there are no surprises:

Australia: ~10% GST
Brazil: ~17–20% ICMS plus ~60% import tax
Canada: ~5–15% GST/HST plus possible duty
EU countries (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, etc.): ~19–22% VAT plus ~12% duty over €150
Mexico: ~16% IVA (US-made pieces may be USMCA duty-free)
Poland: ~23% VAT plus ~12% duty over €150
Singapore: ~9% GST, little to no duty
Turkey: ~20% VAT plus ~10–12% duty (applies to all parcels as of 2026)
United Arab Emirates: ~5% VAT plus ~5% duty
United Kingdom: ~20% VAT plus ~12% duty over £135
Other countries: your local VAT plus a small duty

If your country appears at checkout, we ship there. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Don’t see your country? Email info@neoncowboys.com with your location and preferred product and we’ll look into adding it.
