Training kit and performance kit are different things
Anyone who poles knows the distinction. Training is about skin contact and grip — minimal, functional, nothing that slides. Performance is about being seen: showcases, competitions, club sets and photo shoots, where the audience is at a distance and the lighting is low.
LED harnesses belong firmly in the second category. Worn over a base for a showcase or a club set, a harness traces the body through movement so shapes read from the floor. For grip-critical training, you take it off.

- Visible from a distance, because the audience is not close.
