Not every student will wear pajamas to school. Give them a second way to count: wearing the school colour, a sticker handed out at the door, or helping decorate the class hallway. Count those in the points too, so the competition belongs to the whole class, not the loudest few. Add staff points for teachers who dress up with their homeroom.
