Recruiting Analytics &  Reporting Intern

We’re looking for somebody to support the team through analyzing our data, tools and processes.



RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be responsible for analyzing and improving how we currently use systems to track customers and wholesale accounts in the recruitment process and provide recommendations which scale as we grow. You will be involved in the management of our existing recruiting tools as well as some longer-term projects integrating new tools to the team. Working closely with the team, you will also manage our Tableau reporting dashboards to develop how we track and share recruiting activities to hiring teams and the wider business.

Find patterns and trends to and maximizing upon them.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are interested in people, data analytics and the tech industry. You’re naturally inquisitive and thorough in your approach to data analysis and planning, but you don’t get lost in the weeds. Your written and verbal communication are structured and solution-oriented, you’re a quick learner, and you’re keen to bring your ideas and input to the team.

Strong project management organizational skills and some experience using SQL or Tableau are a must, but it is equally important that you think pro-actively and know how to ask the right questions. It would be a plus if you had experience managing long-term projects.
