— When will my order arrive?
Pre-Orders for our Next Gen hats are anticipated for September 2017 delivery.
With available inventory, orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Orlando, Florida and are usually shipped within 3-5 working days - pending available inventory. There may be the occasional delay due to courier setbacks or international customs clearance which are out of our control.
— How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
— What courier do you use?
We use USPS for residential and UPS for wholesale accounts, regardless of location.
— Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Neon Cowboys does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges
can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Neon Cowboys, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Returns + Exchanges
— What is the return policy?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our products under the following requirements:
1. The item/s must be in original condition, remaining in place, unless you have previously filed a claim for receiving a damaged or faulty item.
2. Item/s must not have been worn or altered in any way.
3. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these terms.

No, all pre-orders are final sale. Your purchase goes towards putting your specific order into production.
— Are returns free?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Neon Cowboys for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
— How can I request a refund?

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking information.
— Where do I send my return to?
All returns must be sent to our Global Returns Warehouse based in Florida. We will provide you with the full address when we contact you with next steps.
— How long does it take for my exchange / refund to be processed?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible and guarantee that our team will contact you within 1-2 business days of your initial email.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out and email you a new tracking number. If you're returning, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay and email you once complete.
— What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
